Design MagLev train for Propulsion force only for Roller-coaster ride. Assume the track as infinite as it is in loop. No need of making the train float in Air or suspend it. Only 400 N - 600 N forward propulsion force is required with speeds up to 120 mph - 300 mph. The wheels of the vehicle will be resting on the floor/track, so airlifting of the vehicle is not required. If you need more info, let me know.
