I want to design a power analyser which will display following specifications

Power Analyser AC & DC

Indication of INPUT AC

Voltage – 0 – 300.0 V AC, 0.6% accuracy 0.1 V resolution

Current – 0 – 2.000 A AC, 0.6% accuracy 0.001 A resolution

Wattage– 0 – 200.0 W, 1.0% accuracy 0.1 W resolution

Frequency– 45 to 55 Hz, 0.1% accuracy 0.01 Hz resolution

PF– 0.3 Lag – Unity – 0.3 Lead, 1.0% accuracy 0.01 PF resolution

V THD– 0 – 100 %, 1.0% accuracy 0.01% resolution

A THD– 0 – 100 %, 1.0% accuracy 0.01% resolution

Indication of OUTPUT DC

Voltage – 0 – 200.0 V DC, 0.1% accuracy 0.1 V resolution

Current – 0 – 2.000 A DC, 0.1% accuracy 0.001 A resolution

Wattage– 0 – 200.0 W, 0.5% accuracy 0.1 W resolution.

I want complete wiring connection diagram, working principles and bill of materials for the same.
