My laboratory is researching drug delivery with nanocapsules in blood plasma. We need a method to reliably separate the blood plasma and nanocapsules. The capsules have a mean diameter of 292 nm, and a higher density relative to blood plasma. We have turned to acoustofluidic MEMS devices, given prior reported results.
We are looking to replicate the MEMS device reported in another paper. The Wu 2017 paper details the steps required to fabricate the device in Section 4.
We are looking for someone who could:
