PCB Schematic Review and Design

I need an experienced electronics designer to review my circuits for 2 separate PCB's, and optimize them for cost, safety, and function. I will then need them to do the same for my PCB design files. What I am looking for is someone with enough expertise that they will have the ability to assess whether my component selection makes sense, if my circuits are functional, and an ability to create the full PCB design in a timely manner. The deliverables for this project will be 2 revised circuit diagrams, Altium PCB design files or equivalent, and Gerber files that should be ready to send to a manufacturer. Attached are some image and pdf files for the circuit as currently designed for the more complicated PCB.
