The aim of this project is to study the futures of servo motor drives and closed loop systems and investigate them in order to build a simulation of a servomotor drive then changing its parameters while using known methods to utilize and boost its performance. Then I need to develop a simulation model in Matlab Simulink for the state space equations using basic logs like: Subsystem(mainly), gain, an integrator, sum, addition, subtractions, etc. The try to simulate this model and understand what the input of this model could be and what could be the output of this model (This will create a model of a PMSM).
Once I have this model built in Matlab, Then I need to use methods to identify the parameters of this model online.
1. The d-axis Inductance Lx.
3. The Stator resistance Rs.
2. The q-axis Inductance Lq.
4. The Flux linkage of permanent magnet λ.
1. The Shaft Inertia (J).
2. The friction coefficient (B) or (D).
I need to know what algorithms which I have to write to estimate these parameters online. (algorithms in C language). and identifying these parameters with the algorithms.
