Need help configuring my Formail forms when I upgrade server

I will be upgrading the server that my site [url removed, login to view] is on.

Before I do, I have to re-configure all my 50 or so Formail forms. It will be the same fix for all the forms. So you could probably copy and paste the new code.

I talked with my current hosting service ([url removed, login to view] – Hurricane Electric) and they said I have the option to upgrade my server with them for free.

Their support suggested the following:

Instead of trying to configure this on the older server, I would recommend to order a new account for testing purposes.

You can use a subdomain like [url removed, login to view] on the new account, and once you've got everything working on there, you can ask for us to change the domain name on your old account [url removed, login to view] and set [url removed, login to view] as the domain for the new account.

After that is done and you are certain you no longer need the old account, you can request to close the old account.

In that case, you would need to move your data yourself, but you can be more certain that everything will be working on the new server because you can configure and test all of your scripts before moving.

If this all makes sense, then go ahead and provide a proposal. If not, then please contact with questions.

Attached is a sample of one of the forms.
