Automate a PDF form: 1. Make text fields expandable. 2. Link text fields to a library of selections. 3. Insert photos by clicking in an image field. 4. Ability to annotate photos (lines, circles, arrows, etc.). 5. Add security to the form to prevent unauthorized duplication. 6. Ability of the user to save the completed form as a flattened PDF. 7. Set-up forms for Adobe online (cloud) (optional).
The form is approximately 10-15 pages.
This is the first in a series of similar projects. There will be an average of one project each month for at least the next 24-30 months. The forms will range from a single page to approximately 50 pages.
This first project is a sample project so we can assess the skills of the successful bidder. Fees for individual projects are negotiable.
