Input: 12V or 24V or 48V (TBD)
Form Factor: Compact as Possible
Protection: Output short circuit, overcurrent, over-heat, input ripples etc etc
Please DO NOT BID if you haven't completed TRUE SINE WAVE inverter design BEFORE.
Bidders must provide following with the proposal:
- Real, working inverter references from their previous work
- Basic structure of the inverter ( block diagram, feedbacks, processor to be used etc )
- Unit cost estimation for 500pcs
- Estimated device dimensions and weight
- A very realistic deadline estimation and schedule.
Winner should deliver:
- PCB files
- Schematic files
- Firmware source code ( Commented in English) and binaries
- Detailed documentation, calibration procedure, troubleshooting guide etc
Winner will be responsible for guidance on preparing for mass production.
We might add some bonus for talented/experienced designers and smooth cooperation from startup to production.
