1) to capture analogue signal with a resolution of about 12 bit and a modest sampling frequency (less than 200 samples per second), and wirelessly send these sampling results on request from a PC (approx 5 times per second) to the PC over a short distance (several meters). There could be many (more than 10) other similar units with the same/similar programs, each communicating with its own PC.
2) Should be a low energy, low cost solution, with use of technology which is already licensed (such as an approved BT devices)
The use of the above chip CC2540F128 is not obligatory (you can substitute it with a better chip or a combination, if you know any better) but it has a reasonable price, includes ADC and a licensed Bluetooth, etc. Use of Bluetooth has an additional benefit that the PC will have a standard bluetooth dongle (or a built-in one).
You are expected to write an efficient program (we will consider any reasonable language), probably build a prototype, and provide us with proper instructions and supervision so that we can program and build a working prototype as well.
a) The program is not complicated, therefore we expect a modest bid.
b) As a part of the project, you are expected to be able to patiently instruct us how to build the working prototype and oversee that we succeed to program the micro.
