Integrate USB stack in Freescale MQX project

I have a project running on a Freescale MCF51JM128 processor, based on MQX 3.6.2 and built in CW10. I would like to add USB support, but the MQX USB libraries consume too much resources and I would like to instead integrate the CMX lite USB stack OR the Freescale 'Medical' stack (sometimes called PHDC). I've tried adding these stacks but ran into some trouble compiling and linking the project.

I'm looking for some assistance from someone familiar with these devices and tools, and preferably with experience adding either the CMX or Freesacle USB stacks to a JM128 project using the MQX RTOS.
