I am in need of a single phase pure sine wave inverter, working prototype model whose specificaion is mentioned below.
Input Voltage: 30V to 40V DC
Output Voltage: Pure Sine Wave, 220V AC, 50 HZ
Output Power: 1KVA
Efficiency: above 90%
Output Voltage Tolerance: +/- 5%
Inverter Mode: Offline, Switch mode design (PWM switching)
Inverter Switching time after power failure: ~ 10ms
Battery Charger: Inbuilt, switch mode design
Laptop/PC Interface: RS232 or USB (For future upgradation of firmware in the customer premises itself)
Addtional feature: Its preferred that this inverter can be used in the future for power generation with Solar Panel. So in future if the customer needs a solar power inverter, then he must not buy a new inverter. They can use this inverter for that purpose also.
For the above specifications, I need the hardware design and its associated software. Expect the design to be done using any ARM/PIC Microcontroller. Its preferred if you can use a 32 bit ARM µC. Use PWM switching concept. The switching frequency can be from 60 KHz and up to 100 KHz.
Its default that the design must not use a bulky transformer in any stages of the design. Particularly at the output stage, don't use a bulkier transformer. Use of high frequency switching transformer is recommended where ever necessary.
It must be kept in mind that, the deisgn must have low EMI (switching design may generate EMI, use appropriate filtering), so that it can pass EMC tests successfully at a later stage.
1. Full hardware circuit schematics with bill of materials (Orcad Capture Schematics)
2. PCB Layout with Gerber (Orcad/Cadence Allegro PCB)
3. Fully assembled working, prototype with test results
4. Board firmware and any possible utility to download the firmware for upgradation
