I want a very simple electronic board. The main goal is to make the system consume very very low power.
It will work with Li-Ion batteries.
The system should accept configuration with SMS.

If conf is OK it should send a sms to the related number "IMEI:XXXX CONF OK"
After conf OK delete the SMS
The system should also accept configuration via website.
if there is answer other then "OK" after uploading data, it should parse as SMS configuration.
I will supply the website. No need for programming on PC
There should be protection on ADC side with a varistor or GDT and a resetable fuse (changable) to protect the ADC.
The system should consume very very low power to make it possible to run for years with a single battery.
On GPRS side you can use simcom, telit or siemens modules. You should inform me and let me check with the authority.
There should be 3 modes selectable with an extarnal switch. Normal mode is normal mode, programming mode will prevent it t go in to sleep mode. And let us send conf via SMS and debug mode will wait a missed call and send conf information back to the requesting number.
Also there should be an external power switch.
On normal mode when it gets a missed call it should send all the parameters to the requesting number via SMS
You should use Industrial grade components. The system should be able to run between -30C up to 80C
no need for connectivity with PC no need usb serial etc.
There should be leds indication for , Power Status, GPRS status. Comm status. in wake up mode ( no need in sleep mode)
Basicly the system should read an RMS analog value from ADC (0-5V) at least 12 bit. (This value should be identicale to a multimeter)
Run GPRS modem, connect to internet, call the predefined website with parameters, after receives OK it will go back to sleep mode.
I want everything. Design Files, drawings, source code etc and at leat 3 working prototypes with out GPRS modules.
Since importing devices with IMEI numbers are very dificult in my country I dont want the modules. I will supply and solder required module locally.
