Integrate entire system with PLC

I'm looking for a Freelancer (MUST BE IN OCALA, FLORIDA, USA) with experience in integrating a PLC system. The PLC system I have is a Siemens system and I need someone to integrate an entire system made of liquid pumps, valves, flow meters, and meters. In total, I need more than 10 components to be integrated with the PLC system.
The successful Freelancer will have experience in this kind of work, since they will be required to securely integrate the components with my existing Siemens PLC system. Furthermore, the integration must be done with precision and attention to detail.
Experience with transportation or manufacturing integration is a benefit but not necessary.
