Looking for a programmer with experience with MTK SOC (such as 6261)

We have a hardware product in active production and we are looking for an engineer to solve an issue with the firmware, and develop several features (including addition of a hardware component and the required firmware modifications to support it).

We have two main issues to address initially:

1. handle some bug/issue in the firmware that causes some of the devices to cease functioning. Obviously this is critical to handle quickly which is why we're looking for an expert. I expect this to take a little while as the person will have to get to know the project, the device, we'll have to send over some units to assist in testing (probably), etc.

2. Add a hardware component to the device and add support for it in the hardware (shouldn't be difficult for someone well versed in this type of work). This should take up to a month (assuming #1 is already completed which means there will already be familiarity with the project/product)
