motion trigger that activates projector/video

Need a motion trigger to work with media player/projector that activates on 2 states:-
State 1 - plays looped video when no motion movement.
state 2 - plays video then returns to state 1, when movement is detected.
The mp4 video will be in a media player or help on a projector.
