I have in hand PCB designs, schematics, BOM, & more.
I am in need of somebody who can take the physical PCB and program & test the PIC24 16-bit micro-controller.

I need my PCB taken from the assembly line to essentially a market ready prototype. You tell me what all this would entail.
The device will need to monitor weight and temperature. It will transmit changes when a bluetooth device is connected. It will also display current weight via an LCD screen.
I have in hand PCB BOM, 3d Model, Mechanical Drawings, Gerber & NC Drill Files, Schematics, & Datasheets.

Further description of functionality.
This device is a digital scale. It is meant to permanently operate with items always on it. It will display the current weight via the LCD screen. When a change in the weight is detected it will flash the new weight for 30 secs (5 times at 5 second intervals, then 5 more times at 1 sec intervals) If the weight does not change over the 30 sec, it will store the new weight in memory & transmit via bluetooth asap. It also tracks temperature. Anytime it stores a new weight we also wish to make a note of the temperature (i.e changes in temp alone do not trigger a new saved memory).
Included are also 3 push buttons in the user interface, 1 for bluetooth pairing, 1 for weight reset, & 1 for power.
