Need a resource to help with determining liquid versus solid inside a cavity. Inside that cavity a portion is solid and a portion is liquid and that changes as temperature changes.
It would be ideal if an off the shelf sensing device could be used for a rapid prototype in order to be able to "profile" how the phase change occurs while temperature changes.
Further it would then define an "alarm" based on a specific profile of the phase state which can cause an alert or a tie into another control system causing change in the overall process.
It would be a requirement that you have specific experience with sensors (Ultrasonic or similar) with the ability to rapidly prototype.
The Project Budget will be based on the experience of the team that is working on this and the scope may expand.
