Vending Machine Telemetry via DEX/ MDB and VCCS

Vending Machine Telemetry project to extract vending machine data (MDB or DEX or VCCS) - specifically vending machine selection and successful dispensing information (additional payment information will be good but not absolutely required).

Need support on Hardware interface with vending machine (including drawing power from vending machine), and all other required associated components (with part number) to be detailed and provided. All other required components or code to make the project well functioning shall be provided as well.
