Personal Assistant (part-time)
Budget £18-36 GBP / hour
Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time PA to do a general remote private PA work for me and my husband for 3 hours 2-3 times a week. Working hours are flexible within 10am to 5pm UK time.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Mini researches
- Calls and emails on our behalf
- Searching web for products, books, services, etc.
- Ordering, returning items, organising shipments, chasing deliveries
- Organisation of general household or private matters. For example: arranging plumbers, electricians, medical appointments, finding dry cleaner, etc.
- Booking hotels, tickets, etc.
- Other organisational matters
Personal skills:
- Very good spoken and written English
- Honesty and integrity
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to work alone
- Experience in doing researches
- Good communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and improve
