Freelance Digital Campaign Manager (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

Primary Responsibilities
• Aid in the transition from legacy marketing communication systems to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio to build email communications and automated campaign series
• Assist in creating and managing contact builder attribute groups, strategic data extracts, dynamic emails via contact builder and event based journeys via journey builder.
• Build Marketing Cloud journeys, following design and process guidance.
• Create, document, and manage journey maps across the entire constituent lifecycle.
• Analyze data from analytics and assist in implementation improvements to Marketing Cloud performance and deliverability.
Additional Responsibilities
• Assist in development of responsive, best-in-class email templates.
• Identify areas of improvement and make actionable recommendations to increase operational efficiencies.
• Develop documentation of current processes and future enhancements.
• Provide training to internal staff when appropriate.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Previous experience with Salesforce, Salesforce communities, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud required.
• Prior experience with TargetX preferred.
• Demonstrated success in project management when overseeing multiple priorities.
• Ability to thrive in high-energy environments that often have short deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education/Experience
• A minimum of three years of experience in email marketing required.
