Electronic Engineer or Mechanical Engineer w/ Dual Skills for LED Fabric Embedded Project

This project is for the development of a LED Fabric visual technology. I am looking for a electronic engineer or a mechanical engineer with the dual skills to design a LED embedded into fabric to show visual display images. Images would show traditional display that would be seen on TV/ Videotronics Displays. We have several examples of this technology however have different ideas to make it more viable and complex with a different system. When you work on this project you would have to design the following: • LED Light Design • Lighting Layout Grid • Layout Design In Fabric Development • Develop Layout Plans for Manufacturing Specifications to be Produced • Provide a CAD Model of the Layout(s) • Complete Calculations Must Be Correct The working procedures and business practice I use are a work for hire agreement. The IP rights are mine. I pay using Pay Pal, Bank to Bank Transfer, Money Bookers. I don’t use escrow or western union they are not secure. I have a fixed budget of $7500.00 for the design of the system and calculations of the project.
