DC-DC-Higher VOLT_Micro_Amp_device

According to my study on microcurrent eye need different type of frequency so we thought to develop device for further research.

So we cant make fix type of device. Device that we can change frequency so we thought to develop using audio [url removed, login to view] is generated as audio frequency and it is step-up by device.

here i upload circuit of that device.

i also upload audio file . Its wave form at 10HZ frequency. we want to achieve output signal of this waveform from 20 voltage to 450 voltage. It can be

Pulse Frequency; 4 - 351Hz

Output Voltage; 20 - 450 V

Output Current; 2 - 90 uA (microamps)

I want to step up signal generated from playing audio file (from mobile or computer). Power supply will be 2 AA rechargeable battery
of 1.2V and 2100 mAh . you can say it amplification of audio signal but output should be
