We want to modify and interface to an industrial control board of approximately 3" x 5" size. This board has lots of SMT compoents( aproximately 200) including 100pin Micro controller, Memory( BGA, but small, less than 15 Pin) and bunch of 805 package caps and ... I0 have information for Micro, Memory and most of the fine pitch components as well as some of the descrete parts( ex, some of the parts used for power supply) We need to reverse engineer this board which is populated with SMT parts to see how it works. This Project requires you to trace out this board and make a schematic of the circuit and prepare a BOM identifying the parts on the board. Your task and deliverables are as follow:
1- Trace out this board (Approximately 3" by 5", fine pitch components on the board, PCB is only a two layer board)
2- Draw and prepare schematics of the circuit
3- Prepare BOM with part description, Part package information, Part source (manufacturer, and manufacturer part #)
4- I require you to send me your work and progress daily
