We need to use the _smaller_** **& **_cheaper_** engine to do this job -
Every 1 minute it should turn X steps/ degrees. (the X should be changed by us).
Every Y minutes it should trun Z steps/ degrees backwards. (The Y & Z should be changed by us)
The engine should be very small. It should have cogwheel. This engine, it's controller & the batteyr should "go" together on a horizontal or vertical path using the cogwheel. Also we will add some light cardboard for this system, but it will be very light...
All the system should be **_VERY_** cheap. We need to know - as part as your bid - how much will cost (even reasonable estimation) to produce 100,1000,5000 and 10,000 of this system (engine+cogwheel+controller+battery). The movement of the engine should be very accurate so I guess we must use stepper, but if you have any other idea - please let me know.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
It should be easy to control the parameters described.
