Calculation of air flow to a 600HP dynamometer room

I am setting up a water dynamometer that will be used to test internal combustion engine up to 600HP.

The dynamometer will be placed in a room that is 2,26x2,56x3,30, made of brick, inside a warehouse.

I need to keep the room temperature as close as possible to ambient temperature, so I need a freelancer to calculate the airflow that needs to be forced inside the room to refresh the air as much as possible. No air conditioner will be used, just ambient temperature.

Freelancer should consider the amount of heat produced by the engine, of course...

Freelancer should hand in all of the calculations and explanations of what is done, step-by-step, with the answers numbered and the posterior calculations making a relation to this numbered answer, to the outcome air flow answer.

Freelancer should also give the calculations for the ducts (Air speed, Overall pressure loss, Major pressure loss, Duct friction resistance, etc).

Freelancer should also, and specially, indicate the best position for the air intake and outlet, based on the engine position and room arrangement, and what kind of system will be best to use.

Freelancer should consider the fan to be used in two stages (or two fans): one (which is the majority), for engines below 300HP and another for engines over 300HP.


What I need is the project to be done. Completely. Fully. In all it's extent. Period. I don't want half of a project, or a partial schematic, or partial something whatever. What I want is the complete project and this is what I am willing to get and, of course, pay for.

By this, I am creating one milestone only, to be released when all that I asked for up here is delivered. This is why I tried to be so criterious about each part. No exceptions will be made. PLEASE BID ONLY IF YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS.
