The documentation developed in a detailed engineering must include:
Basic Design: Design ideas of the machine following our requirements for the European Market .
Calculation memory: includes the load analysis considered for the particular project based on specific aspects such as capacity of the platform, size of the engines, bill of materials, control unit, sections of the structural profiles for each single component of the project.
Workshop plans: are the detailed plans of each of the assembly parts, bolts and components in general of the project. In them it should appears all the necessary information to be able to pre-assemble them, to then proceed to their assembly. The task of panel assembly can be done both in the same work, as in a workshop arranged for that purpose.
Assembly plans: are those that allow to assemble appropriately the unitary components in which the structure was broken down: panels, beams of mezzanines and roofs, trusses, braces, anchors, etc.
Cutting lists: it is the detail of quantity, type and length of each of the profiles required for the complete assembly of the framing structure. From this information the order of profiling can be made to the manufacturer, defining the optimal supply lengths, minimizing cuts and waste
