Job Description:
I want to design and build a prototype device that it will be able to accurately detect buried metal objects within a radius of about 100 meters and a depth of about 10-15 meters. I'm open to discuss different radius and/or depth ranges either less or more than the ones requested.
The prototype must be accompanied by a software application which, in addition to displaying the detected targets, must also be able to guide the operator precisely to the location of each selected target, possibly by the distance and angle from to point that the device is located. It is acceptable for the target to be detected by some other specialized device or by any other means.
The detected metal targets should be equal to or larger than at least 10x10x10cm.
Keep in mind that this is not a typical metal detector design or a GPR device.
Please send me a general description of what you can do about this project, how it will works, etc. and also an estimate of the total cost and time required.
Also note that I'm interested in having the software source and electronics, PCBs, spare parts list, etc.

Applicants must have advanced electronic engineering background with extensive knowledge to transmitters, receivers, antennas etc, a complete lab and most possibly a test area to test the prototype.
