This is a time harmonic analysis. You may use ANSYS, Abaqus or Matlab for finite element programming. However ANSYS XFEM does not work in harmonic analysis also ANSYS has problems in interfacing with Matlab.
If you are interested in using Abaqus. Make sure that Abaqus XFEM works in harmonic analysis and that you can simulate infinite solid or unbounded solid
If you use Matlab then you will have to code XFEM and add elements to simulate unbounded solid medium

I have ANSYS workbench working files of the problem however there is few issues with XFEM. Therefore it is important to propose a working plan answering my questions in the description
