I. Punctuation should be perfect .
II. No word should be omitted.
III. Simple grammar should be maintained like first word should be capital
IV. No part of the audio should be omitted, unless specified otherwise by an instruction or another guideline.
V. Inaudible parts should be omitted and marked with a blank ____.
VI. A new paragraph should be started at each change of speaker and paragraphs should be separated by an empty line.
VII. Fillers (right, you know, I think, like, I mean, so, actually, basically), false starts and stutters should be omitted, unless necessary, and should be included for strict verbatim files.
VIII. Utterance like , Umm and Uh. Should be removed
IX. Any word that comes two times then remove one like ok ok should only be ok.
TEST-Now in attachment you will find two files 1 file is a audio file and second file is a word file you need to see the word file and listen to the audio file and rectify it according to above description this is just 2 minute 45 second file so I should not take more time and also underline any changes that you have made and do not make any unnecessary changes now as I said at the start this job is for new freelancer would like to get good rating and review and for every 30 minute I will be paying 100INR, this is just a rectification process so that should be enough so if you had read everything that I wrote and understand then please write "hundred rupees is enough for me "at the top of your proposal if I don't find it you will not be given the job.
