Real Estate Administrative Assistant U. S based only

Can work on our office at Los Angeles, CA 90024

In this role, the Executive Assistant will:

Prepare disclosures for signature by clients

Draft contracts and associated documents

Manage the team members' calendars

Answer the team members' phone calls

Coordinate meetings with multiple parties and team members

Act as the transaction coordinator for all transactions conducted by the team

Assist with the team's marketing efforts

Host broker tour and open houses as necessary

Complete other tasks assigned by the agent as needed

To be successful in this role, the Executive Assistant will need:

Active real estate license

Familiarity with the PRDS and CAR contracts

Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook), the MLS, DocuSign, and Dotloop

High level of attention to detail

Proactive in completing tasks and solving problems

Ability to maintain professionalism, multitask, and work without direct supervision
