This is one of the unique job posted on this platform. Further i will not go for any more details where i could prove my experience in tendering section. But below are the tendering sites where i do work. GeM CPPP State dedicated tendering sites. L&T, Bhel, Gail, ONGC NTPC site and other private sector tendering portal. Preparing summary sheet for feedback from inter department Attending Pre-bid meeting, raising niche objections, preparing MOM(Minutes of meeting) for further analysis with organisation stakeholders. Preparing all the technical and financial papers as per the tender conditions like technical papers, if EMD required then EMD preparation, bank Solvency certificate. Doing competitor analysis for their price put up on previous projects. Proper follow up for the tender status along with any clarification raised by the authority. If successful won the tender post follow up for signing and working on SD deposits. Post tender won working with local vendors for site setup, also looking best rate quote for each section like material, labours, site miscellaneous purchase. Uploading of invoices onto GeM or other agreed platform. With 15+ years of experience working in various domains like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical makes me more lethal for bid preparation and cracking the way competitors put up their price.
