setup an HRM system in Odoo

Hi Everyone,
I require services to setup an HRM system in Odoo using standard Oddo modules provided in the COMMUNITY EDITION. Along with some minor customization in few areas as per need.
The HRMS will consist of following systems:
1- Employee management
2- Organization structure
3- Attendance system based on working shift including concepts of half day, over time etc
4- Leave management system
5- Loan management system
6- Payroll
I will share all the requirement in detail with selected candidate. Please note that the phase include in the project are **SETUP, DEVELOPMENT and TRAINING**. Kindly bid on the project with your best offer and sample work.
NOTE: I'm more interested in using already available HRM apps in Odoo market place and may be grow from there, this would make the process much faster.
