Estimator required to complete single trade take-offs for multiple projects.
$15-25 AUD / hour
We provide consulting services for subcontractors in construction trades and have an overflow of estimating work including tiling, plastering, brick/block laying, render, etc.
Most of our projects are labour only / m2 rate.
You will be sent all project documentation including plans, specifications, and BIM files (when available) along with a scope and exclusions to complete an accurate and detailed take-off.
Ongoing work will be available for the right candidate.
You must be proficient in Buildsoft Cubit and have adequate English communication skills. You must be able to interpret specifications and detail different materials and quantities for all finishes.
