Looking to create a drop shipping fulfillment service (print on demand) plugin which will connect an Etsy Seller orders data to my Woocommerce. In short it will send the Etsy order to my shop where they upload the artwork, ship to address and make payment. To be clear with the terms: Seller lists on Etsy, Buyer orders item from Seller and then I make and ship for them. So 1000+ sellers are using me to make items and i ship directly as drop shipper to their buyer. This is not just downloading products to make a 2nd shop.

Connect the sellers etsy account with their account on my woocommerce shop. When they get an order on Etsy it syncs to the user's woo account. All I need it to do is let the user see the order in their dashboard which is just a photo of the item, order number, sku, username, ship to info, shipping method/price, any options picked, notes, and if gift message is selected. I don't think this should be hard to get details.
From this dashboard, they should be able to click proceed to order.
The user will then proceed to pick the product in my shop, design it, put artwork and options. When they get to check out their customer's details should automatically fill in as the ship to as well as the gift note message to be generated which includes a logo from their profile. If autofill is too complicated they should be able to pick their order number from a list easily.
If their client doesn't have a gift message, it should generate a generic message that they setup in their profile which will include their logo and the customer's receipt (basically their full etsy order). They then checkout as normal and send us the order. What the order email should include that is extra is a 8.5x11" page pdf with the gift message or the generic mentioned previously with logo and a custom graphic from their account. Everything will be designed to be a specific size on the sheet, half and half nothing complicated.
Once we finish their order and mark as shipped it should reconnect to their ship and mark as shipped and update the tracking number. Which orders have shipped and still open/processing should be able to be seen on their dashboard.
One thing to note the site should work as normal users and for etsy customers as not everyone will sign up as etsy users. I do however want to keep the custom 8.5x11" message options for both etsy and normal woo orders only difference is the prefilling in the info.
I don't have a huge budget but this will be long-term work as i know there will be many improvements as we grow. If you don't think the budget is possible just let me know anyways.
