(Assistant) Event Manager

International food networking company focused on pioneering partnerships between different parts of the value chain and different roles like business and innovation. We are looking for an assistant to work part time in GBA South.

Results Company:

- 9+: An excellent communication with colleagues, partners, speakers, exhibitors and delegates with regard to:

A. Event websites front side (home pages, programme, hotels, speakers, boards, partner pages), and back-side ((abandoned) registrations, mailings to delegates)

>> Checking all websites to find mistakes/broken links and report

>> Suggest improvements

B. Speaker, Partners, Exhibitors Communication:

>> Registering Speakers, Partners, Exhibitors

>>> Assist people with any question/issue they may have regarding the registration process and post-sales such as invoices/payments, etc

>> Obtaining from them photos, logos, advertisements

>>> Upload pictures and bios

>>> Upload logos of each partner/exhibitor and keep track of missing ones

>>> Keep record of bios and photos missing on each program and ask for them

>>> Keep track of adverts missing

>> Making them active online via LinkedIn

C. Promotional materials: Banners, Brochures, Programme Book, Delegate lists, Badges

Essential requirements:

• Educated to A-Level standard. A degree is desirable

• Bilingual

• Proven experience as an events planner or organizer

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Knowledge of graphic design is a plus

• Knowledge of CVENT is a plus

• Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
