Asset register multiple clients data base

I need to Transform all my data into one system for tracking Asset management registers multiple entry's for field based work in Fire industry.

Reporting from main server to list all clients with push button access to clients information (ie asset register) contacts access to property details etc

Separate drop screen password protected for all contract lists with contract figures and commencement dates and re application dates to trigger message for re tender of contracts.

There are quite a few more ties between pages and needs to be accessed on a I pad for service technicians
