This project involves properly formatting two mail lists (combined they have around 260 contacts) so they can be used to create a Form Letter which will be mailed out (by us)
You must be experienced in creating mailing lists and form letters. Outstanding English is also essential.
The letter is one page and has been written by us so you will only need to make sure that:
- The lists have the proper formatting for the First and Last Name (where we do not have a name it will be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer)
- Addresses are properly formatted (including Country and ZIP Code)
- Date is correct
The lists have been populated but some of the formatting will need to be fixed before the form letters can be run.
Once this is done you will create the letters, check their layout and formatting and return them to me in Word and PDF format.
I also need you to create a consolidated list in Excel so we can send it to the printer to allow mailing labels to be created.
It is important that you can complete the job within 24 hours (we estimate it will take around 4 -5 hours work in total)
