We have an immediate need for a Data entry/Administrative assistant/Customer service jobs with Microsoft Office skills, and some experience with answering a multi-line phone system to assist our staff in Admin duties.
The Data entry/Administrative assistant/Customer service/Accounting Clerk job position will start part-time (25-30 hours) going to full-time, in 3 weeks (40 hours).
- Gathering, compiling, tracking and reporting on information relevant to project assignment from multiple sources.
- Assisting with mailings, courier service, Federal Express shipping and deliveries.
- Reviewing drafts and finished documents for correct formatting.
- Providing copying, scanning and printing functions for documents and drawings.
- Assisting with maintenance of the filing system, updating databases, tracking and processing submittals, correspondence, meeting minutes, monthly reports, and specifications
- Coordinate meeting arrangements, including establishing meeting dates and times, arranging meeting locations, and notifying attendees.
