I posted this as a simple project, but recognize it may not be and am willing to adjust accordingly.
I make many repetitive customer visit agendas and I am looking for someone to create an excel workbook for me to be able to add the customer's name, job number, attendees, etc. and have it update an agenda. Then I also want to be able to select which training modules they will be completing and have the length of the time preset in the module because each one goes for a set duration. I also want to be able to move these sessions around and have the agenda adjust. I'd like to be able to then select which employees/trainers will be in the training session and select which customers will be attending the session.
In essence, I want to be able to enter the customers info and flight information and have an agenda auto generate after I select what they will be doing, who they will be doing it with and for how long.
