Hi my name is Nelson Mwaura, I work for a HR Consultancy where we provide HR Partnered Service and Outsourcing to clients in multiple and different industries.
Currently, I am developing a 2021 leave planner for one of our clients. However, I got stuck while trying to add some formulas that will ease the results I get. I have attached the excel file in which I would like your team's assistance in incorporating these formulas.
The purpose of this excel file, is to enable managers schedule and plan their employees' leave by inserting information under (Columns P to Columns NO). I have also added a key to specify which letters can be added and what they stand for in the worksheet.
Now with this, I would like some assistance on adding certain formulas under certain columns as follows:
In Column F; I have inserted a formula that describes the source of information for each row. For example in row F5, it reads its data from row $N5:$CZ5. However I would like you to add a formula which also includes information from row E5. I would like the formula to specify if the value under row F5 exceeds the value under E5, then the result should be exactly similar to the value in E5.
In Column K; I have inserted a formula to express the source of information for each row which is from N5:NO50. However under each row, for example under row K5, I would like to add a formula which avoids double counting if the value has already been counted in row F5.
Could you please assist in incorporating these formulas under each respective rows and columns.
