Access Database for Customer and Transaction tracking

I have a tax and bookkeeping office.
I need to be able to do the following:
* record and edit personal information about a contact, such as name and phone number
* establish a 'client' record with address information
* link contacts together who are part of the same 'client' and identify how they are connected
* record and edit transaction data, showing the client, service, filing date or period, completion date, and payment status.
* see a printable summary screen for a client, showing a list of services and transaction details associated with that client - with a link for updating transactions
* see a printable and editable summary screen for a client, showing all the data associated with that client and the data for any contacts associated with that client.

Our office provides tax and bookkeeping services.
I need to track client information and the various contacts that are associated with those clients. For tax services, the contacts might be the taxpayer, spouse and dependent. For bookkeeping services, the contacts might be the business owner, office manager and bookkeeper. I need to be able to search for the client or by the contact name. I need to be able to open a record and see all the contact information about that client on one screen. I need to be able to print off that information so I can have the client review and verify it as needed.
I need to track transaction information. For a tax client, this may be the year related to the return, the date the return was completed, and be able to indicate if certain forms were completed for that client. For bookkeeping clients, this may be the type of work performed, the period for which services were performed, and the date the work was completed. I need a screen where I can look up the client and see their history all on one page.
I need to track payment information. For any type of client, I need to know the status of payment for each transaction, the amount due, the last date the client was called or sent a letter, and the date the payment status was last updated. I need to be able to see the list in table form, and I need to be able to generate a report that is filtered by status date or last contact date.
