I have a Word template that uses data from Excel to generate a simple Mail Merge letter. This is working perfectly and if there are 20 records, I end up with 20 pages in my Mail Merge document.
Objective: I want to generate a PDF for each page automatically (naming each pdf file based on "order_id" field used in Mail Merge).
However, I want to automate this process, so that when I generate the Mail Merge, it should be able to execute the VBA script to generate the individual PDF files.
I have tested PDF generation for each file. I have successfully used code similar to this link to generate pdf files using VBA and executing it manually:
