This is an excel sheet. Any other free option also welcomed. So I already have an 'Enrollment form' which my dealers use to register new customers for different discount scheme. What I want to do is automate the form and make it look good, for example
1. If dealer name ABC is selected in cell A1 from the dropdown box then cell C2 should comprise only of all the existing customers ABC dealer has with him. The list can keep changing based on dealer selected in cell A1.
2. There should also be search option on the cell C2
3. If the search in cell C2 does not show any result, this means this is not an existing customer and in the cell box next to it dealer can input new name of the customer which on the backend (which could be a different sheet) gets added to the list of customers enrolled with that dealer. This way list gets updated. every time a new customer is enrolled by the dealer.
4. The dealer also has an option of uploading supporting document for the customer they enrolled. Find a cell or space for this as well.
This might seem complicated but if you understand it well it is an easy task. Also this is a very serious and confidential task. No half hearted work or incomplete work will be accepted and no money will be released if work is not done as per what is required. I suggest only bid for it if you are an expert in excel.
