Job Description:
I need a program that will follow these steps:
1) Search a zip code area in [login to view URL] for properties currently listed for sale in a specific zip code.
2) Capture each property address that is for sale which is not labeled as "pending"
3) Search each property address in another website ([login to view URL]) to determine the property's census tract code.
4) Each property address will be listed on an excel spreadsheet with the property census tract code.
5) Properties that match a specific census tract codes, which will be pre-determined, will be listed on an additional excel spreadsheet with the property address & census tract sheet
