A "Citizen Developer" is needed with an online platform servicing existing clients. No coding required but db concepts, API knowledge and/or Project Management skills will be helpful.

The platform is not difficult to learn but will require your personal time to get familiar with what it can do. Each client uses this same platform to create a solution unique to their business. Your skills will be in understanding what they are asking for and implementing it for them. You will be paid for every hour we can bill the client. The Job Environment You can do this work from anywhere. We are a company of digital nomads providing business development services to clients that use our platform. These clients often need help 'tweaking' their systems so they contact us to fix or add functionality. You will be well suited for this role once you are familiar with the platform and have an interest in how people run their businesses. You will use your knowledge of our platform and your communication skills to provide what the client is asking for. Coding is not required and you will have our team support with all the clients. If you are interested in this type of work and understand basic database concepts you will learn the platform quickly. Support usually happens remotely via email but also in real-time via a Teamviewer/phone connection. Training is provided and your work load will increase as you get a better understanding of how the platform works. You will not be required to know this in advance but you will be expected to learn it quickly. We are also looking for API developers and a preference will be given if you understand API functions. Our role comes in when they are too busy to do it themselves or they have a need that requires more knowledge.
