I run charity Race nights and have developed an electronic tote system on excel. Essentially the sheet allows the user to click on buttons which represents one bet on a horse. If the button is pressed twice then that it is two bets. Once all the bets have been placed then a tote ticket is printed for the customer on a thermal POS receipt printer and various totals are collated - such as the total number of bets placed on a horse in each race. Another print option on all sheet is to print the total number of bets placed per race.
The excel sheet is made up of 9 sheets (each sheet represent a seperate race). These nine sheet have all the same functionality.
There are two further sheets that contains editable field for the 'Horse Names' and also 'Sponsors' names.
The last sheet is a summation sheet of all bets placed on all the horses, with added functionality to reset the whole sheet (which would not be necessary with this program)
The program needs to be able to work on touchscreen and also by mouse / keyboard input.
