We are looking for somebody that can make a comprehensive project time sheet.
Things that need to be included in the timesheet:
- Global project (task) overview (preferably with a visual interface with the task and duration (dates).
- Employee schedule (hourly, day by day schedule)
- Sub task with a duration, cost and progress function.
- Total project cost
It would be great if everything would be connected. For example, when assigning a task (and hours/days) to an employee, it should automatically adjust the global overview sheet and show that an employee has been scheduled for a certain project, including the duration. Another example would be the automatic calculation of costs when scheduling an employee (hourly wage, travel expenses etc.)
In the end one should be able to see all the current projects, upcoming projects, costs involved and progress at a single glance.
We need someone with serious (VBA) skills with Google Sheets, alternatively with Excel but Google Sheets would be preferred.

Good morning, I am an engineer with advanced knowledge in Basic programming and with extensive experience in the elaboration of macro sheets with Visual Basic.
I"m really good at Excel and I've been using Google Docs/Sheets on a regular basis as well. I've done some VBA coding at work and also designed similar spreadsheets of this nature.
