I am looking for a freelancer who can create an excel sheet for me to collect surveys from multiple team members and collate the data. The project requires the following:
- The excel sheet should include multiple choice questions for the survey. As per the attached file, the drop down has the options to answer. I need to collect input from 6 managers and average the results into a single ranked sheet.
A + = 5 point
A =/- = 2 points
a - = 0 points

Number of Team Members:
- Less than 10 team members will be providing input for the survey.
Collated Data Format:
- The desired format for the collated data is summary tables.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
- Experience in creating survey forms and collecting data.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and summarize data effectively.
