Our client is currently looking for an entry level Finance/Accounting Analyst to become a valuable addition to the finance department assisting various areas of Financial Operations. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Finance Analyst Respond to daily ad-hoc client requests Handle all recurring client requests (monthly, quarterly, annually) including, but not limited to, data templates, billing, collections, financial analysis and reporting Organize and prepare materials for senior management, due diligence visits & conference calls Work with accounting, distribution and head of operations on ad hoc tasks Update database(s) on a quarterly basis Coordinate legal submission of marketing and sales material Conduct research on various topics and work on special projects on an ad hoc basis Requirements of the Entry Level Finance Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Self-starter who has the ability to juggle multiple tasks Hands-on, flexible individual who is proactive, detail-oriented and highly organized Great communication skills Take- charge attitude College grad with strong academic record
