I need you to:
1. Enter data from handwritten questionnaires onto the attached Excel spreadsheet. Samples of these questionnaires are attached. At this time, there are 152 questionnaires to enter.
The Excel is already populated through row 1203 so you can see which data goes in each column. Data to enter from each questionnaire includes:
Column A - date (from file name of questionnaires, supplied as PDFs)
Column C - questions
Column D - workshop (from file name)
Column E - email
Column F - name
Column G - sector (from file name. If there is no sector name in the file name as in the Cleveland and LA files, leave this column blank.)
Column H - B2B or B2C (from file name. If there is no “B2B” or “B2C” in the file name as in the Cleveland and LA files, leave this column blank).
Note: If the handwriting is too hard to read or you are uncertain that you transcribed it correctly, do your best to enter the data, then highlight the cell in yellow. If the handwriting is completely unreadable, enter "unreadable" and highlight the cell in yellow.
If the respondent did not include a name or email, enter "missing."
2. Boldface the key words in each question in Column C, following the examples in the first 1200 entries.
3. Based on boldfaced key words, tag each question in Column B. Use the existing tags; don’t add new ones. If a question does not fit into the existing tags, highlight the question in yellow.
4. Double-check the spellings.
5. Send the updated spreadsheet back.
